Rebreather Day 1 (RD1) is a system and method built upon an oxygen only closed-circuit rebreather. Starting as an oxygen only system, it is depth limited to 20 feet/6 meters depth. Life support duration is up to 5 hours. It is well designed for:
early career rebreather training
natural history/marine life exploration
The system has an open architecture which allows for easy upgrades, enhancements., and customization for SCR, CCR, and other integrated systems.
The Rebreather Day 1 system has undergone >300 hours of field testing and numerous units are in active service. Multiple units are maintained in inventory for training, technical demonstrations, and immediate delivery.

A signed waiver/release is required for purchase.
Training is required at time of delivery of dive-ready units.
Kit systems and components may be supplied to qualified divers.
